The School Messenger automated system used by Palacios ISD, enables school administrators to record, schedule, send, and track personalized voice messages to students, parents and staff. For added convenience, messages sent by district personnel using School Messenger are listed below:

To all 7th and 8th graders - Hello, this is a message from the Palacios Jr. High School calling to remind you that school starts Monday. We are very excited for the opportunity to once again educate your child. Students will need to report to their homeroom teachers at the beginning of the school day to collect their schedules and gather their information packets. Please be expecting to receive these information packets from your child on Monday afternoon. We would greatly appreciate it if you could get these filled out and returned to the school as fast as possible. Students needing medication at school should make sure they have their paperwork filled out with the front office so we can properly provide care for them at school starting on the first day. Thanks again for your time and have a wonderful afternoon.

Good evening, this is Carolyn Kubecka, Principal at East Side Intermediate. We invite the grandparents to join their grandchild for lunch on Thursday, September 4th. We will be serving chicken spaghetti. 4th grade lunch is 11:15, 5th grade lunch is 12:30, and 6th grade lunch is 12:00. Adult lunches are $3.50. Good Afternoon. This is a message from the Palacios Jr. High School. Next Thursday, September 11th will be Jr. High’s “Meet the Teacher Night”. All parents are invited to come and visit with your student’s teachers between 5:30 and 6:30 pm. We will also be having our fall dinner that afternoon starting at 4:00. Plates will be served in the cafeteria. All students have been given three tickets to sell for this event. Please check with your student for these tickets and information on this dinner. We also ask that if your student does not plan to sell these tickets to please return them to the office. We hope to see you next Thursday, September 11.
