Palacios High School Building Trades class taught by Mr. Ortiz has completed another donation to the community by making a sign for the Robert Duran food pantry. The sign was created with the shopbot (a CNC router that is computer controlled, and runs off computerized numerical codes). The students are enjoying modern technology which very few small districts are able to afford. In one of the pictures, they are working on decorations for the upcoming prom. The '2010' numbers and a masquerade mask will be the focal point of the entry.
