OAP meetings are every Tuesday from 5 to 8:30 except Fair Week holiday.
I want to thank all of you that supported our RoboSharks last week as we prepped for the Regional Qualifier. We won top honors out of 36 teams and have advanced.

Students, please pay attention to the following changes regarding purchased food
brought to the school during lunch time:
Students who bring in or are brought food during lunch may NOT share their food with other students. Only the person to whom the food is designated for may eat the food in the cafeteria or the outside eating areas. This includes birthday cake, tamales, pizza, etc. This is a district wide policy and pertains to all schools.
NEED A CALCULATOR TO DO YOUR HOMEWORK?
YOU MAY CHECK ONE OUT IN THE LRC.
TO CHECK ONE OUT YOU MUST:
- Pay a $5 deposit.
- Fill out a “Calculator Check-Out Request” form.
- You must provide your own batteries.
- You may keep the calculator for one week at a time.
- At the end of the week, you may check it out again if there is no one else on the waiting list.
- If the calculator is lost, damaged beyond repair, or stolen, you must reimburse the school $50.00.
Attendance committee will meet each Wednesday at 3:50. Parents wishing to attend must call ahead to make an appointment.
Students are reminded that if they do not have a parking sticker on their vehicle, a citation will be issued.
Reminder:
Palacios High School is a closed campus. Students are prohibited from leaving campus during lunch.
No students are allowed in the building before 7:50 a.m.
LOCKERS: Students are reminded that they are responsible for the LOCKER & THE LOCK they have been assigned. What is found in a locker will be the responsibility of that student. Students are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to keep their lockers locked.
Attendance Reminder!
Please remember each time you miss a class, you need to turn in a note. Unexcused absences could result in truancy charges, loss of credit, exemptions, and may make you ineligible to take college days or get your driver’s license. District policy is to turn notes in within 3 days of your absence. Please be responsible
