Staff Forms

The Palacios ISD is implementing an on-line form filing system to automate our documentation requirements. To assist us with this effort we have installed FormDOCS, a forms management software system. From time to time we will be adding new forms. In order for the forms to work on your computer, you will need to download and install the FormDOCS software. Click on the link below and follow the directions. *Note: You will only have to download and install the software for use on a computer outside of the district such as your home computer.
Download and Install the form document program
When you have completed a form you should first save it. Remember to save it to your U:\ home directory if you're using a district computer. Use the E-Mail PDF button on the FormDOCS template to e-mail the completed form to the appropriate recipient. FormDOCS will prompt you to send your document in either a FormDOCS format or PDF format. You should always choose to send your documents in PDF format. |
