To the Marine Education Center
Click to get directions Once at the map choose a location icon and click on directions. Enter "Marine Education Center" as your second point and click on "get directions".
The Texas State Marine Education Center is located in Palacios, TX. No matter what your starting destination you will eventually hit Hwy 35 (either north or south) depending on your home location. Once you are approaching Palacios city limits you need to look for business 35 which will take you toward Palacios harbor. North bound on business 35 you will come to a curve in the road (before reaching the harbor) where you will turn right on the road that will take you to the Marine Center entrance. South bound traffic will first past the harbor before coming to the curve where you should turn left onto the road that will take you to the entrance to the Marine Center. No matter what direction you are coming from, you will see the sign below when you are on the curve where you need to turn.
Once you have turned on the curve, you will follow the road to the first gate on the left which will take you to the Marine Center. Go through the gate and follow the road to the entrance which is pictured below. You have arrived and we are happy to see you!
Link to a Google map where you may get driving directions from your town or the town nearest you on the map to the marine center. To get directions choose a location icon on the map and hit directions. Enter Marine Education Center as the other location and then click on "get directions".
