If you believe the District is in violation of §504 and/or Title II, you are entitled to file a grievance. Anyone who wishes to file a grievance on the basis of disability in the provision of website services, activities, programs, or benefits by the School District may use the grievance procedures established by Palacios ISD.  The District provides a formal process for complaints to be addressed. The District’s entire complaint policy is outlined in FNG (LOCAL), which can be accessed online through the Palacios ISD website at www.palaciosisd.org.
